Program Details
Program Period:  July 1 through December 31, 2011
Qualifying Producers: Licensed USA Producers
Minimum Qualifying Premium:  $5,000.00
Program Details: 

  • For every $2,500 in annualized premium that is issued and placed, you’ll earn a $100 Freedom Ca$h bonus. 
  • The incentive program is based on annualized premium dollars submitted in new applications during the incentive program period.  In order to receive USA Freedom Dollars, the premium must be issued and remain in force after the 30-day free look period.
  • Semi-annual and quarterly premium submitted will be annualized by USA.
  • Monthly premium on PPD and direct bill will be annualized by USA.
  • Participants will be notified of Freedom Cash updates via e-mail notification upon issuance of participants business on a monthly basis. 
  • USA reserves the right to terminate the incentive program at any time.
  • USA reserves the right to limit an agent’s participation at any time.
  • This program is void where prohibited by law.
